Summary: We arrived around 5 pm. There was no power only in the bedroom. So we tried to contact everyone, finally got response from the host stating that the power company try to resolve the issue. We were waited for a long time little after 9 pm Bell from the reservation try to rearrage us to another property. By the time she had it all arranged, it was too late. The power had came on. I had asked her to have a supervisor to contact me, no one did. No one ever reach out to us see if everything was ok. Just poor customer service. On top of that we had found dirty diapers and felty floor underneath our bed. It was so discussing. Luckly we were leaving the next day. Also there was no elevator in our building only in the club house. We were on the thrird floor with all our stuff, that was hard. I wouldn't recommend or go back to this place.
