This Harbor Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located in the marina in a eight-plex two story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Harbor Town home includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
