Summary: Clean room, excellent breakfast (fruit bar, salad bar, 8 different western and Khmer foods in chafing dishes, omelet to order, soup to order, a variety of bread, cappuccino machine, etc), good air conditioning, hot shower, great WiFi, nice view of the city, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Would’ve like some shade on the roof deck pool area, but otherwise, great.
