Positive: The location was amazing. Close to the center, but you weren't bothered by the noise of the night live during night. The beaches were also quite close, we had a nice walk to them. There is also a supermarket close by. The host was easy to reach, as we communicated via WhatsApp. She wasn't able to come for the check-in, but she wrote all the details we needed to know.
Negative: The property is in a weird situation, as it's at the end of a room rental complex, but it belongs to a person, not to the rental agency, so the "neighbors" are not always nice. We stayed for 2 weeks and during the 1st week we had a group of German people waking up at 5 in the morning and making a lot of noise, every day, and one of the bedrooms is located next to the shared terrace of the room rental complex, so it can get really noisy and unpleasant. Also, that room has a door that provides access to the shared terrace, which doesn't close properly, so if you catch a windy day, you'll feel all the cold coming into the room. During the 2nd week, we had a similar issue (noise-wise), but with a different group. The garbage collection is not handled properly. You have some small garbage bins and a person should come every 2-3 days to collect the garbage, but that doesn't always happen, so we needed to reach out to the owner of the house a couple of times in order to have the garbage collected. The "private" parking spot (only 1 spot) is also weird, as it's not properly marked as parking, so we had issues almost every time we left by car, as when we came back some other people were parked there and it was quite hard to find them and unpleasant to deal with them. The house looks nice at first glance, but once you start using its facilities, things start breaking. There were 2 fridges, but 1 was broken. The food we placed in the broken one went bad by the time we realized the fridge wasn't working properly. The water boiler leaked every time someone was taking a hot shower. The plastic chairs from both inside and outside were very uncomfortable. The drawers from the sink cabinet in the small bathroom weren't closing properly, so when I closed the bathroom door from the outside, the drawers slid out and blocked the door. It took me 20 minutes to push them back in through the small opening crack of the door.
