Villa Théia | Villa in Flayosc

Referring to the goddess of sight and vision of Greek mythology, Villa Théia is indeed divine. This spacious villa, situated on a hillside in Flayosc, can accommodate 12 people in comfort.

With 4 bedrooms, a studio for 4 people and 4 bathrooms, there is enough space for a large group to come together in the common living areas and enjoy the spacious terraces, a beautiful swimming pool and a covered terrace with kitchen corner.

Villa Théia is accessible via a long driveway with an electric gate and is located on a domain of 2200 m². There is room for up to 6 cars, 3 of which can park under a roof. The garden is beautifully landscaped with different types of Mediterranean flowers and plants and is completely fenced. Stairs take you to the upper terrace with a large swimming pool on one side, with the option of heating it and a covered outdoor kitchen with a spacious dining table. This section can be closed with a gate. On the other side you will find the terrace off the living room with a cozy lounge area. You always have a beautiful view over the green hills and valleys of the region and a beautiful sunset. At the back of the house there is a flat area with play facilities for the children, a ping pong table and jeu de boules court.

The pool measures 9.5 m by 5 m, with a depth of 1.6 m over its entire length. A few steps and a shallow plage make it easy to get in and it is fun for the children to play. The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost in the spring and autumn. Under the covered terrace you will find an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and gas plancha, a dining table for the whole group, a sitting area and outdoor shower.

Once inside you enter a spacious living room with a very comfortable seating area, television with chromecast options and music system on Bluetooth. The villa has a good wifi connection. There is a fireplace to make the colder evenings cozy in spring and autumn. You can also eat inside at one of the dining tables. The open kitchen, in Provencal style, consists of a 5-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In addition, all small electricity and kitchen equipment is present to be able to cook lavishly.

Next to the living room there is a first bedroom with wooden ceiling structure and patio doors. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Downstairs are 3 other bedrooms and a studio. There are always French doors to the garden and lower terraces. One bedroom also has a dressing and adjoining bathroom with double sinks and a very spacious walk-in shower in natural stone. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, share a bathroom with a single sink, bath and also a walk-in shower.

The studio consists of a large room with 2 double beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom.

There is air conditioning throughout.

The villa is located 1.5 km from the village of Flayosc which offers some restaurant and shopping opportunities and is also very charming. From here you can easily reach Draguignan and other Provencal villages around, such as Lorgues and Salernes.

When it comes to day trips, Flayosc is very central to visit the coast (Saint-Maxime 45 min, Saint-Tropez 1 h), or the nature reserve of the Gorges du Verdon with its Lac de Sainte-Croix (also 1 h drive ). There are many wine chateaux in the area that are also worth a visit.

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 270 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)
Bed linen ( € 12,50 p.p.) and (bath)towels (€ 12,50 p.p.) are not included but available on request.
Pets are allowed on request at a reservation cost of €30 per dog per stay

Pool heating is available on request in the months April, May, June, Septembre at the price of € 100 per week. If you wish to make use of this, this must be transferred to the rental agency by bank transfer before arrival. You can contact the rental agency directly after booking to add this to your reservation.
