This villa is quite simply a greatchoice for a small family seeking a villa holiday with the benefitof your own private pool, table tennis, and a stone's throw from Alcudia Old Town.Set on one level the house has a very homely feel with aspacious and fully equipped kitchen/lounge/diner which also includes internet connection, a Smart TV,and comfy sofas.
The bedrooms are comfortableand both come with sensor air conditioning.From the twin room, there are French-style patio doors leading you to the terrace and a fabulous covered barbecue area. At the front of the Villa there is a large terracotta verandawith a great seating area for alfresco dining. This overlooks the wonderful lawn and swimming pool, whilst offering distant views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The extra facility of a a table tennis makes for great family fun.
