Positive: The house is a good size and the location is relatively quiet. Except for a hair dryer, all electrical appliances and sufficient crockery and cutlery were available. There was even bed linen and some towels. The owner was very friendly, responded quickly, and the entire transaction went very smoothly.

Negative: The pictures of the pool suggest otherwise, but the pool does not belong to the property and is not private. It is located across the street, about 15 meters away, and is shared with other accommodations on the street. However, the pool is well maintained and large enough for 2-3 families. Some of the furniture in the house is heavily worn or damaged, e.g., outdoor chairs or the shower head holder. This somewhat dampened the impression of the house.
