Welcome to this beautiful property complete with an annexe and picture perfect views. This villa offers a total of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, as well as a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area; all with air conditioning throughout. Modern and minimalistic in style, this villa is wonderfully located near Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa, and provides the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience.
The main villa has two separate double bedrooms and a third double bedroom with an adjoining twin bedroom. The three bathrooms are designed beautifully and the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom is complete with large bathtub and walk in shower/wet room.
The remaining two double bedrooms are located in a separate annexe with its own private entrance from the garden. Both bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The annexe also has its own lounge area with a comfortable sofa and television.
The kitchen in the main property is well equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, and features a generously sized island for you to catch up with friends and loved ones whilst preparing dinner. There is also a beautiful wooden dining table with comfortable chairs for you to relax on. The open plan living space is graced with lots of natural light, as well as views of the pool area and surrounding scenery.
Outside, there is a wide wooden decking area dotted with sun loungers that surrounds the beautiful swimming pool which has the option to be heated. You can choose to chill in the sun by the pool or dine alfresco under the sheltered dining and bbq area, all the while taking in the fantastic views. There is sufficient parking for your car within the villa grounds ensuring you privacy throughout.
