You will be roughly 1.1 km (0.7 miles) from the borough of Paciano, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 12.5 km (roughly 7.8 miles). You will reach Villa Gervasa from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Gervasa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please kindly note. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September. TerraceThe terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. PatioThe patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with tables. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. GardenThe garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, two deck chairs and an hammock.
