Ubicada a solo 1 km del Puerto de Jávea, nuestra casa ofrece vistas panorámicas a la bahía de Jávea y al mar Mediterráneo. Con una orientación sur, disfrutarás de luz natural y una brisa marina constante. La propiedad cuenta con 280 m² distribuidos en dos plantas y un jardín de 800 m², todo dentro de una parcela de 2.000 m².
Relájate en el espacio exterior rodeado por la naturaleza, con un pinar protegido como vecino en uno de los laterales. A tan solo 1 km encontrarás las primeras playas de canto rodado y roca, y a 4 km, la famosa Playa del Arenal junto al Parador de Jávea.
La casa cuenta con una piscina privada de agua salada de 2,5 m de profundidad (10 m x 6 m) para refrescarte en los días soleados. Mantiene su estilo acogedor de casa de montaña.
