Positive: The house was very good. The privat owner makes it all very comfortable. We were there 14 nights. 1 big bed with one Deckbett, we didn’t like that, she want directly by 2 small ones. the other room has 2 separate beds. super services. Also you become water, little snacks, etc. it was a normal House with everything inside. and also a lot of space outside. you can sit very good outside and don’t sit in the sun. The lady was very kind, she speaks only Spanish, but you can speak very well with a translator on the phone. We recommend als to book directly, not with some portals. It’s also central between Yumbo, supermarkets and maspalomas beach. We rent bikes at Moto bike rental. Super Services, and very Good bikes. The owner of the house helped us also to find a company for rent the bikes. you can rent the house till 6 persons.
Negative: Wenn it’s bad Wetter for the beach and you’re sitting more outside the house after a few hours you know how every car and bus sounds. that was for us a little problem because we were oft in the garden. Wetter was colder then other years same time. But wenn you’re the whole day gone then it’s no problem. And the Swimmingpool was a little bit cold (20-21 degrees Celsius) you share it with the other houses. nice wenn they can put together a little sun based heater, cheap installation, but a lot of comfort. Overall was it perfect. The owners try to make it so good and comfortable as possible.
