This detached luxury villa in Le Trayas with private swimming pool has a beautiful location with impressive sea views of the Mediterranean Sea, from which it owes its name Belle Vue. From both the upper terrace, which is adjacent to the living room, and from the terrace downstairs (at the level of the swimming pool), you can see the azure shades of the Mediterranean Sea all the way to the horizon. The Alps and the Esterel Mountains are also visible from here. A beautiful setting for a wonderful holiday on the Côte d'Azur near Theoule sur Mer.
Le Trayas is a fairly quiet village in contrast to many other larger and busier coastal towns on the Mediterranean. The nearest sandy beach, but also a small supermarket and some local restaurants, can be reached with about 15-20 minutes walk (or a few minutes drive of course). Via the coastline with several large restaurants, you reach Mandelieu and La Napoule, which are about a 15-minute drive away. Here you will also find the larger supermarkets.
Villa Belle Vue is situated within a closed domain and consists of 2 floors, with the living area on the top floor. There you will also find the fine - by an awning completely covered - balcony terrace with 8-seater dining table. The perfect place for breakfast, lunch or atmospheric dinners, but lying on a sun bed enjoying the sun is also relaxing because from this place you have beautiful sea view!
Downstairs at pool level, there is also a terrace; it is connected to the balcony terrace by an external spiral staircase. On the terrace downstairs there are 6 sun beds ready for you (the other 2 on top of the terrace) and you will find a 2nd dining table with 6 matching chairs. Both upstairs and downstairs there is a barbecue (1 gas and 1 charcoal). The beautifully designed swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres and has a wide entry with overflow. While swimming, you can enjoy the view of the sea.
On the level of the pool are 3 of the total 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fan and patio doors to the terrace. The light coloured bedrooms are each for 2 people. Each has an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. On the same floor you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
On the top floor is the living room with large sliding doors to the terrace and an open passage to the 6-person dining area. In the very pleasant light living room you will find around the beautifully shaped fireplace 2 classic three-seater sofas and a flat screen TV, a Playstation and a DVD player at your disposal.
The U-shaped kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave/oven and a large American fridge with ice cube function. The master bedroom is also on this upper floor and is air-conditioned. From here you have access to a balcony, you have your own dressing area and also here you have your own en-suite bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, separate shower and a double washbasin.
