Just a short distance from windsurfing, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Agia Fotia Beach or the 9-minute drive to Ferma Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the beach umbrellas!), relax by the seasonal outdoor pool with the sun loungers, or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a picnic area. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, DVD player, and library.

Summary: The house had a fantastic sea view from almost every angle of the house and garden. The BBQ area was its own little resort with a sink and prep area as well as a jacuzzi , hammock and beautiful garden. All doors and windows had fully fitted insect nets and the AC was excellent. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Kitchen was very well equipped and super clean, all needed household items and cleaning products available in the small pantry. The property manager was excellent and on hand when ever needed. We loved the complementary olive oil, raki and figs from the property. We are looking forward to returning. A real dream location.
