This 2BR, 2.5BA newly built 1920's inspired Townhouse is in the heart of it all.. the house is a beautiful two story home in Charlotte's historic and charming Wesley Heights in 3rd Ward. Of all Charlotte’s historic neighborhoods, Wesley Heights may be the best-kept secret. Located due west of Uptown and within a stone’s throw of Bank of America Stadium (Go Panthers!) Convenience is key to Wesley Heights’ popularity. The neighborhood sits just outside the I-77/I-277 loop circling uptown Charlotte, and the entrance to I-77 is a half-mile away. With shady, safe suburban tree-lined streets, plenty of parking, combined with quick access to uptown, Wesley Heights holds the same appeal for Charlotte urbanites today as when it was originally built in the 1920's. It is also walking distance to the greenway that goes through Frazier park (tennis, soccer, jogging, biking, dog play area, etc..) which leads you to gateway center uptown.
This Townhouse is spacious (1500+ SF), airy with lots of natural light beaming through all day. It has 12' ceilings throughout, new furnishing, cherry cabinets, gas fireplace, etc...We have gone the extra mile to make this townhouse a top notch experience for our dear guests, from new premium beds (posturepedic and memory foam), to new luxury towels and ... Lela Court is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and stores, you never have to go far from home. The Panthers Stadium and Bobcats arena are also very close so you can always quickly catch an exciting, live football or basketball game.
Each bedroom is a master suite with it's own full bathroom and both are on the second floor.The living room / dinning room / kitchen / half bath are all on the main floor and fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment.
There is never any hassle with parking as there is ample free street parking right in front of the house (a rare luxury in the city / uptown).
