Summary: Utopia...is one of the finest hotels in Puerto Galera...from the owners right down to the staff they are tremendous in all facets. The views and ambiance of this fine property is amazing and oh so romantic...this is our new resort...p.s I have stayed here 3 times now...don’t miss out.!.
