Positive: The home is so spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room for my family. We really enjoyed the pool and the theater room. There were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. We really appreciate all of the bedrooms having their own bathrooms. There are plenty of pool towels, and the two laundry closets were a huge plus!
Negative: The home wasn't ready at 4 pm. It was still being cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning crew were friendly, apologetic, and eager to finish as ASAP. We did notice a pair of dirty socks were stuck down between the bench in the theater room and the wall. Clearly, the crew missed that spot. It wasn't a big deal, though. The house is huge, I can understand how they could miss that. Within a few hours of being there, we noticed water coming from underneath the kitchen sink. The floor was soaked. The garbage disposal was leaking. I let management know, and someone was there first thing the next morning to replace it. No face towels, we purchased some from Walmart. The Epcot suite downstairs lost power several times. We would have to flip the breakers to get power back. It was aggravating, but not a big deal, until the breaker would no longer flip. My elderly mom was in that room because of the location. Needless to say, we had to do some moving around to accommodate the loss of power.
