There are small crevices in the rock walls with hidden lights which give it a uniqueness There is a balcony with a great view of the Messinian bay and Kalamata. Upstairs is the huge loft. This is used as a bedroom. There is a huge window and one can lie in bed and watch the Messinian bay.
The ground floor consists of a second spacious living room, two bedrooms one of which is embedded within the rock and a bathroom. Outside there is a large stone paved terrace ideal for sunbathing and reading in a tranquil environment.
The whole property is rented to YOU so there are no other folk around on premises to disturb your stay.

Located just a 5-10 minute drive to the center of Kalamata. It is located within the Village of Kato Verga which is one of the in spots during the summer months. However it is in such a spot that you are completely surrounded by peace and quiet. It's not on the main road but on a side walk approx a minutes walk from the main road within the village.
