Summary: This was our second stay at Tulum Nah. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable with good amenities and convenient location close to a supermarket. While Vanessa manages the property very efficiently and competently, not all staff are of the same calibre. We requested an apartment on the second floor well in advance and were told not to worry. Upon arrival we were given a dark unit on the ground floor with a view of the pool toilet. Received mosquito bites within minutes of arrival. We complained and were given a nicer unit on the third floor. However if this were not available, we would have been stuck on the dark ground floor. My suggestion is to either deliver the promised unit, or do not commit to it in the first place. Also, the ground-level apartment is bad enough that I believe it should not be grouped along with all the others during booking, but advertised as such, and offered for less. It is not the same value as the others.
