Summary: Nice, clean condo building with a comfortable, cozy efficiency room. The pool area is beautiful and the location is great. There are no amenities in the building, so it's definitely more of an private rent (air b n b) and not a hotel, at all. That being said, the grocery store is directly across the street and there are a few restaurants on the street. The only minuses are the age of the building (older elevator) and sort of outdated carpets
