We own a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom custom build on .3 acres that backs up to a beautiful nature preserve and is a 5 minute walk from Maidu Park. We have a deep, in-ground swimming pool and a large patio area with a fire pit in our gated backyard. We are tucked into a cul-de-sac in Adamson Estates, and though this is not a gated neighborhood, it is a safe, established part of Roseville with old-growth trees and well-maintained homes. Our dog, Wall-E, is a playful husky malamute mix who mostly stays outside and will be allowed in common areas when we are home. Our neighbors are wonderful and quiet. Our home is safe and secured by RING and each renter is given a specific code for the front door and door to the garage.
We have a total of two guest rooms that are available for rent: this unit and one other. Each room is 12x14ft and has an additional 2x9ft closet. Sliding mirrored doors open to reveal a mini-fridge, Nespresso machine and small safe. We offer free wifi and a 55in wall-mounted SmartTV in each room that swivels for optimal viewing. Brand new 10in memory foam mattresses with fully zippered encasements are provided, as well as two memory foam pillows with allergy casings, linens and sheets. A 36in desk with a comfy chair, and some office supplies sit next to the large window that has a blackout curtain with light-blocking rails for those possible night-shifts that turn into day-slumbers. You have access to our laundry room with cleaning supplies and detergent, as well as our fully stocked kitchen and dining area. We have a detached garage with gym equipment - Peloton, elliptical, and treadmill, as well as free weights and bands.
