Inside you will be wowed with the custom built features of this home. Heated with a wood stove and heat pump makes this home comfortable in all four seasons. The open concept, light filled main floor is perfect for family gatherings or cozying up with a nice book in front of the fire in the large window wood stove in the colder seasons. In summer feel the outdoor breezes with German designed tilt & turn windows and doors. Four bedrooms up allows guests and family to stay in comfort.

We would appreciate if kids don’t play with playdoh , water or slime inside the house . Furniture should not be moved . FirePit is not supposed to be moved . Garbage needs to sorted , Burn restrictions are to be followed. Water to be poured once fire pit is used . Only toilet paper to be flushed , we have a septic tank .
