Summary: The tiny house we stayed in had a ladder to climb to upstairs.If you are handicapped or elderly you would not be able to stay in this tiny house. Our biggest complaint was the sewer smell that never left The house could really use darker privacy curtains.Each house could use there own broom and dustpan to sweep up sand from outside so it doesn't end up in your bed.Which is only a mattress on the floor.I know this was a great place in the beginning but could really use some up keep.
