An authentic Texas experience, it is located in the heart of downtown and is close to many attractions and events, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy trendy boutiques, nostalgic antique shops, phenomenal eateries, and cozy coffee shops, all within walking distance.
There is open street parking in front of the lofts as well as parallel parking on the side streets and on the weekends there is a free parking lot catty corner to the apartment.
Most shops and dining are walking distance, which is one of my favorite benefits of this location!
Seated on the lively county square you can experience almost all the town has to offer within walking distance.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check-in early, an additional fee may apply.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
Must be approved by host. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nightsโ stay at the listingโs full price.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general โfix-itโ requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance teamโs schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the โnon-emergencyโ maintenance category and wonโt be completed until theyโve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS
This property has a no pet policy. If this is violated you will be charged a $200 fine.
PARTIES/EXTRA GUESTS
The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all residents. This includes all guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200 as well as the cost of any damages.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels/linens in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.) This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer and then move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
