Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Furniture makes for an awesome place to relax while watching the kids or the Dolphin play!
The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. This home will comfortably sleep only 8 adults and 2 children.

The Quay requires a $75 Registration Fee paid upon arrival. Each condo registration is guaranteed 1 Parking Permit unless other arrangements have been made with the building in advance. Only 1 Parking Space is guaranteed.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
