Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful new stone building, located on a hill above Limeni harbour. The view is mesmerising. The spectacular pool is large and shared only with one other residence. We had it to ourselves most of the time, and were able to eat and drink in that exceptional space. Felt private and isolated, yet only a few minutes drive to Limeni and to Aeropoli. Private parking for our vehicle. We were visited by the manager after our complaint, who kindly brought us a basket of local products and also offered a free night accommodation. Unfortunately we couldn’t use it, as we had other reservations; and the dates were not transferrable (for us or anyone else we knew). We were also offered new sheets and towels daily, as compensation.

Negative: Drastically short on storage space for clothes and suitcases. Not even one set of drawers in the bedroom. More storage in the bathroom would also be appreciated. The internal bedroom door was missing. We saw it in the garden; and its cavity was unfinished/exposed/ raw. Apart from it being unsightly, we had no privacy from one son who slept on the sofabed in the living room. The cables for the air conditioning in the main bedroom were hanging, no aircon was attached yet.

Summary: Beautiful building and location, needs a few finishing touches to meet it’s potential
