Amazing views from outside and inside ! Overlooking the estuary of the Jaudy, with artist Calder's former workshop in front of you, and the rocky shores of a few islands, you won't be able to stop watching the scenery ... low tide and high tide makes it different all the time! small beach just for you 200m away.Comfortable home recently renovated, with two bedrooms plus convertible sofa on landing. fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. . One bedroom downstairs with queen-size bed. 2 toilets . Large garden, very quiet, access to trails in front of house. You will love it !
1.5 km from Kerbors village, bar/restaurant ! In Pleubian 4 km away, everything you need, good butcher , market on Saturday mornings, nice typical bars. Treguier is a beautiful town 7 kms away, and the lively harbour of Paimpol with its art galleries and restaurants is a great place.
The coast in the area is gorgeous, vever the same, from long sandy beaches to rocky shores ans islands. famous sites such as the Sillon de Talbert, the Island of Brehat, the Pink granite rose . Also smaller places like the Castle of la Roche Jagu and the labelled " citรฉ de caractรจre" of Pontrieux and la roche Derrien .
Lots of architecture, but also beautiful gardens ! You will love the area, so beautiful ... if you manage to leave our home with its exquisite views !
