Indoor Areas
This single-storey home (with 3-4 stairs to access) has a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room (with smart TV, subscription to Foxtel and coonara-style wood heater), leading onto a shady outdoor deck area. There are four spacious bedrooms; the master has an en-suite (with shower and toilet). There is an expansive main bathroom (with shower and a spa bath), and a separate toilet. Finally, there is a large laundry (with washing machine and a dryer) and access to the backyard.
Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a private front deck opening off the living room. This delightful space is equipped with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting. There is a fully enclosed backyard with an outdoor shower. Parking is taken care of with room for 3-4 cars in the driveway and front yard, plus plenty of space for street parking in the quiet court.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home is equipped with a reverse-cycle split system unit in the living area and separate heaters and fans in each bedroom plus electric blankets on all beds except the top bunks. Additionally, there is a coonara-style wood heater, with a small amount of wood supplied to get you started.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 8 beds, plus 1 fold out bed, accommodating up to 13 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed and one fold-up Single bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one Single bed

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
