It’s important to note that this property is up a relatively steep grade that can get icy or snowy in winter months. In Icy and snowy conditions all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive is highly recommended to reach the property.
Traveling with children or babies? No problem. We have lots of things to make your life easier, including a high chair, pack’n play, toys, books, outdoor games and more. This is the perfect, ideal getaway cabin for your family vacation. There’s countless walkable trails surrounding the house for your kids to explore and get into nature.
Please do not smoke in the home. You are free to smoke cannabis or cigarettes on the property, just not in the house. There are metal ashtrays on the deck and patio for guests to use. We do ask that smokers be very mindful of the high fire risk these days in the Pacific Northwest and only use the ashtrays to dispose of cigarette butts.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
I am from the area, however, I do utilize a cohost to ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed promptly and immediately. Your privacy is of my utmost concern, so a key box is utilized on the property.

You and your guests will have full, private access to the house, shop building, walking paths, sauna and outdoor lounge areas on the property.
