Summary: Derek at the front desk was such a delight. He was not only warm and helpful. I have to admit, when he greeted us it just started my trip out on such a high note. We were able to access our room earlier, which was very helpful. The club lounge was very nice for a quick snack and refreshment. The breakfast buffet was indeed well put together and quite enjoyable with their options - food attendants in the morning breakfast kept everything filled up and very clean. I love having the latte machine making breakfast a must do . We enjoyed the soft & comfy beds, the views of the bridge from our room and the club lounge breakfast. Every employee we interacted with were very pleasant and always helpful. We are planning on coming back in the next few months and will stay here at Bidwell, downtown Portland. Minutes away from everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
