Positive: Location is very close to the embankment, save district. The space was clean.

Negative: All windows and the balcony face an ugly inn-yard, that is under reconstruction at the moment, no way to open any of it. The shower is attached to bedroom, and if you go to sleep and another person is taking a shower you are waked up. Mosquitoes. The apartment wasnt ready at 15p,m when we arrived and we had to wait till 16^30 with nо excuses from the host(( At the same time, when we asked to keep our bag for an hour after 10^30 the host answered that is impossible.

Summary: Not quite comfortable, but clean and acceptably located
