Positive: Very comfy bed. Quiet area.
Negative: Place sadly too small with very little equipment. For the same price, we had the week before an apartment 3 times the size + swimming pool and gym on rooftop in a very modern complex and better located. Nothing wrong about this place though but I think you can have a much better deal somewhere else.
