Summary: Good place to stay on a budget. The rooms are basic but have everything you require (apart from coffee making facilities). Boiling water and a microwave can be found in the reception area. The apartment building is set back from the main road and only a short walk from a seven eleven. It’s an ideal location for visiting Ko Kret and only fifteen minutes by taxi to Impact. Seemed to be many students from the nearby hospitals staying long term in the rooms, which goes to show what good value the rooms are. Phong the manager spoke very good English and all the staff were very friendly. To sum up. Although the building is dated and in need of some TLC. It is kept very clean and I would definitely stay here again.
