Positive: Great, complete and brand-new house in the center of Marbella’s Old Town, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. As we were a group, we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It was very spacious — perfect for relaxing with many seats, a barbecue, and a jacuzzi, plus a nice view of the street. The house was decorated with great taste, combining a traditional old style with a modern interior. Everything was very clean, and the beds were new and comfortable. All facilities were brand new, including the kitchen, with air conditioning in every room and good WiFi. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and their local recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems made our stay even more enjoyable. The front door works with an electronic code, so no hassle with keys that you might lose.
Negative: There is no private parking space, but taxis can easily drop you off and pick you up right in front of the house. After 11 PM there is a neighborhood policy that no electronic music is allowed, as the house is located in the middle of a residential area — but this was not a problem for us.
