This is the perfect property for families offering a completely remodeled property with 2 bedrooms and bath in the cabin and 3 bedrooms in the guest house. The outside area gives you a mix of sun and shade and ton of space for trailers, parking and playing. With ATV trails only 1 mile away you could have days of enjoyment riding with a great place to relax and sit around the fire. With the Heartland Bike/Hiking trail only a mile away traveling to Nevis, Park Rapids, Walker could be done by car/bike/snowmobile.

Summary: I really appreciated that I was able find a place that has accommodations for many different types of sleeping arrangements. Finding a place that was able to give my family and friends their own bedroom for privacy was greatly appreciated as we had 2 couples and 4 single guests. Being close to Park Rapids, Nevis and Akely is great, lots to do! The highlight of the trip were the ATV trails!!! We had 2 trailers with a total of 3 4-wheelers and 3 SxS. Lots of room for parking trailers and unloading. You can hop on the trails right across the road, ride into town or venture into the forest. Great place to stay, would definitely stay here again!
