SPECIAL PRICE JUST FOR JULY AND AUG 2023......Sugar House is set in approximately one acre of landscaped gardens enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Sugar House is in an exclusive private gated community Sugar Hill, it is very private, shielded by lush vegetation to both borders. There is a clubhouse with a Gym that can be used by guests of the house, also there is a restaurant and a large pool if you should choose to swim in a different pool to the private pool at Sugar House .
Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, Sugar House’s marble floors and high ceilings add to its feeling of tranquil luxury. A full length covered outdoor terrace comprises a dining area with gas BBQ and beautiful rustic dining table at one end and at the other, a large arrangement of luxury wicker sofas. Leading down from the terrace you’ll find a wonderful bespoke designed swimming pool with mini bridge that leads to your very own "Beach Bar" the Sugar Shack. The perfect place to sip champagne while the sun goes down. A great entertaining house but with areas to get privacy when needed such as a large games room with lounge, housed in a separate building to the main house with a pool table/Table tennis table and a Foosball/football table, the Sugar Shack bar and an airconditioned TV room off the main house lounge area.
Inside, Sugar House has a spacious and stylish living area with huge 16ft sliding doors that slide into the walls opening the living space onto the terrace.
There are four stunning en-suite bedrooms in the main house, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has unique sliding doors which open up the entire room onto a private terrace allowing for amazing sea views and the cooling sea breeze to gently waft through. It also comprises a uniquely designed master bathroom with a tub and double shower which is open to the room giving the suite and open plan and more romantic feel. Downstairs there is a large TV room/Study, it also has air conditioning too.
The villa comes with spacious, well equipped kitchen which is opened up to the lounge with a sit up bar area and dedicated House Keeper.
Sugar House also boasts a beautiful guest cottage with two bedrooms....5 and 6, a kitchenette and it's own bathroom.
Guests can enjoy full use of Sugar Hill’s extensive facilities which include a restaurant " The Deck", air-conditioned gym, pool and tennis centre.
The house has been used in the past by people who require privacy such as Rhianna, Chris Cornell, Avril Lavigne, Andrew Levitas and others. Our Prime Minister of a few years ago Mr Tony Blair used to come to Cliff Richards property which is in this community for his summer break.
While the Caribbean sun, sea and sand offers the basis for a restful holiday; stressed out souls these days often need a helping hand to unwind. We have a fully qualified beauty therapist who will come to the house offering a choice of therapies. She looks after the Barbados national Olympic team & has worked with Joss Stone, Cliff Richard, Simon Cowell among others. Please enquire for further details.

Summary: Our group had an amazing two week stay at this property and would return in a heartbeat. Photos don’t do it justice, the main house, cottage, garden and pool area are beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and perfect for a big group. The view from the master suite is particularly stunning. Sugar Hill resort itself is lovely and having access to the gym, pool and bar/restaurant is a great bonus. We hired cars while there and would definitely recommend that, however there are many local taxi services you can use or take the buses. Our stay was made all the better by the amazing staff who helped us so much. Paul, the house manager, was fantastic leading up to the trip arranging transport to and from the airport, catamaran trips, hire cars and advising how to get groceries delivered for our arrival. Once there he helped with any questions or anything we needed. Cathyann and Ambrozine who are the two fantastic ladies who work at the house went above and beyond for us. Not only did they ensure the house was immaculate and that we were all comfortable, they are just lovely people who provided great stories and laughs and were so kind. One evening they prepared us a feast of authentic Bajan food and we all agreed it was one of our favourite meals. We were all sad to be leaving them at the end of our stay! This was a once in a lifetime trip we had all saved for after two years in lockdown and this property and the staff made it all the more special. Thank you!
