Positive: Meh..the space is fine I suppose. Basic minimal decoration. Functional for a few days with decent central location in terms of getting around. Great pool area but not rooftop or Infinity (Description says rooftop and infinity - pictures obviously showed otherwise but deceptive nonetheless)
Negative: Initial emails prior to arrival, with what I believe was the owner, were fine but after that my experience with check in staff was not a good or pleasant situation one bit. I've traveled a lot and used MANY rentals. I've never encountered a situation like this. Rosa was flat out unprofessional, very, very rude, condescending, unhelpful and vague. The check-in instructions are very confusing. I was made to feel like it was my fault but they're simply not step by step, easy to follow nor ahead of time to cut down on check-in time and/or to figure out 2 different apps; with two different logins, again with very confusing instructions. I'm used to straight forward instructions - 1-2-3 spaced out nicely and in a user friendly format. Instructions are essentially just a run on sentence..you also get multiple emails instead of everything in one. I can't even imagine people who are not tech savvy trying to figure it out. Again the staff was not helpful with this situation while rushing me. The impression received was just that I was stupid. We did ask for an early arrival which we were told would be at 1pm for an extra $50. (In waiting for the staff, at a sketchy, urine smelling location for 25 mins, by the way) and then dealing with the debacle of the logins for the apps; we didn't end up getting into the unit until almost 2:30 which was then only 30 minutes early. I therefore don't feel the $50 was warranted at that point however, I was over it. It wasn't the money but the principal. Also there are several locations around the building that would have been more pleasant and easier to meet up at or enter. The location there has several flights of stairs- how do you expect people get their luggage to the 6th floor/ upstairs at that spot?
Summary: Look elsewhere for less hassle and to feel like an appreciated guest...
