At 3,200 square feet, this house is ideally suited for large group or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 or more guests. As you step inside the house, you will be greeted with a glamorous open concept living room and kitchen – with plenty of windows overlooking the surrounding encampment and vaulted ceilings bringing in generous amounts of natural light to the space. The main living room is beautifully furnished with timber framed walls and a cushy seating area that oozes a quaint and cozy appeal designed to put you in a holiday mood! While you’re at it, enjoy using our several large 65-inch TV’s with DirectTV and bring your favorite streaming service login to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ to keep you entertained.
For those who are looking to cook up a storm, be sure your culinary delights will be satisfied using our high-quality amenities and stainless-steel appliances in our spacious kitchen. This includes beautifully furnished cooking supplies, sleek granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave, and a refreshing coffee bar with superautomatic coffee make or drip coffee maker to start off your day with a warm cup of perfectly brewed tea/coffee. Need some quality rest & relaxation? No problem! Each bedroom has ample space for you to store your belongings, along with quality linens and soft, fluffy pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. Three of the bedrooms contain a comfortable Queen-sized mattress and there is an additional loft featuring a single over full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom can be setup as two single beds or linked to be a king size bed. The master bedroom is something out of a fairy tale! It comes with an envious jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in closet and direct porch access – a perfect place to watch the sunrise. The downstairs couch converts to one of the most comfortable sleepers you’ve ever seen for sleeping or cuddling and watching a movie. There are sleeping areas on three levels so the house is set-up beautifully for giving families each a separate wing for recuperating from family togetherness or banishing the teenagers to one sleeping area so the adults can have some peace. (Ask us how we know ;-) )
Walk out the sliding basement door to a covered patio with ceiling fans and lots of room to sit and relax or play a little cornhole with your kids or grandkids. There is a gently sloping path to the water with a large fire pit patio along the way and only 3 steps at the bottom for getting that rolling cooler to the lake.

Plan a day trip out to the Botanical Gardens or TripAdvisor’s top rated South Cove County Park and the Stumphouse Tunnel and trails are twenty minutes away. Additionally, Todd Creek & Riley Moore falls are just 30-minutes away by car!
✓ Ample Parking: We have ample space on the driveway that can fit several vehicles of any size. Additionally, we have set up an EV charging port for those who drive electrical vehicles (charger not supplied).
✓ Private Patio & Backyard: Enjoy direct access to our patio deck and backyard, offering stunning views of the lake and enclosed with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ grill + pellet smoker set up – a perfect place to spend a relaxing evening with family and friends cooking tasty flame grilled burgers or delicious Southern BBQ!
✓ Activities Galore: After you’ve had breakfast/lunch, head on down to the dock and use the included paddleboard, kayaks, lily pad and floating chairs to enjoy a fun day out in the sun, or just sit back and watch the kids exhaust themselves jumping off the dock and swimming. Bring your own powerboat or swing by the Keowee Marina where Jet Ski and boat rentals are available in case you want to take on more extreme water sports. In the evening, take advantage of the large firepit in the backyard – ideal for making smores!

This is a quiet house at the end of a quiet road. Our cove is wonderful for playing and swimming with few wakes rocking it, but easy access to the big lake for boating, tubing and jet skiing. Our boat is in the slip, but there is easy room to tie yours along one side and play on the other side of the dock. There is easy parking for 3-5 cars and parking for several more (with some strategy).
There are 3 smart televisions and enough data for them to each stream in HD simultaneously. Direct TV boxes are provided in the two living rooms, but the master only has access to apps. We have a boat that will be parked in the slip and two jet skis that will be on their lifts, but there is plenty of room to tie a boat along the jet ski side and keep the other side of the dock clear for playing.
The fireplace is for decoration only and should not be expected to be used. The owners boat and jet skis are not available for use or rent.
This is not the place to host a raging party, but is a great place to enjoy a fabulous time with friends and family. Our neighbors are full time residents and sound travels in the cove. I think that is self explanatory, but means this is a place to enjoy, not go wild.
