This open floor plan is great for entertaining and catching up with family and friends. Large fenced in yard with outdoor cooking area and Gazebo with 12 seat real teak table protected from the weather with the metal roof of the pergola. 250' from toes in the sand and waves of the pristine Atlantic ocean. Scrub oak canopy in the back yard offers plenty of shade for the hot summer days. The back yard faces South and the two story home blocks the frigid north winds this area can get in the fall, winter and spring making the back yard up to 15 degrees warmer in the cooler months. That aspect can make or break a trip if weather does not cooperate. Back inside the home you will notice the maple inspired laminate flooring throughout, that compliments the farmhouse dinner table with the "gather" sign calling for all to come, sit, eat, drink and create memories that will last long after your trip to this wonderful beach town and home. This home was just recently the personal home of a local builder/developer that built a new home for their growing family. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom and flex area overlooking the great room down stairs and a detached master bathroom with Jacuzzi corner tub, walk in shower and separate toilet room for both upstairs bedrooms. 3rd bedroom is downstairs off the great room with a full bath across the hall. There is a bonus sun room off the kitchen that is a great sitting room, play room or can be a 4th room for the 7th and 8th guests by utilizing the trundle bed couch and closing the French doors with full privacy blinds in the doors and pull down shades on the windows for full privacy. Large open fully equipped kitchen. The home is approx 50' to a county beach access that leads to the sand and rippling Atlantic ocean. 3 blocks west to the picturesque sunsets over the intracoastal waterway with all it has to offer with fishing, SUP'n, kayaking or simply a bottle of wine or a beer with family and friends. This home is self managed by us, the original designer, builder and habit-ants of the house since it was built 4 years ago. We have 2 others within 5 blocks of this home and are committed to maintaining these homes at the very highest level for our guests. This is a quiet street and we ask that a whisper volume only outside after 10pm.
