Built in 1769 by Captain John Harper, this historic row house in Old Town Alexandria is located on the famous cobblestoned Prince Street, just steps from the heart of Old Town and a mere block from the Potomac River. Fully restored and decorated with mostly Federalist Period furniture, the mixture of antiques and reproductions will make you feel like you have stepped back in time!
While historic, this two bedroom, two and a half bath home has all the modern amenities that you might want: a fully equipped modern, well-stocked kitchen, lush bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers & plenty of towels, a washer & dryer, 2 televisions and wifi. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is furnished with a queen bed, 2 chests of drawers and a small television. The sitting room across the hall leads into the master bath, with a jetted tub and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. It has two comfy twin beds and its own bathroom with a shower.
