First of all, we are the owners and furnished our condo with new beds, TV's, and a comfortable leather couch that folds out into a sleeper with a memory foam mattress.This warm and inviting 3rd floor unit in courtyard building with outdoor Jacuzzi is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It has ceramic tile throughout, new granite bathroom vanities and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There are 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, cable, phone, and free WIFI. This condo will comfortably sleep 6Condo #2303 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space.The living room has a new leather pull-out sofa with upgraded queen memory foam mattress. The open dining area seats 6 with counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances, microwave, icemaker, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Need to go online? There is free Wi-Fi and a work station for your laptop and 2 USB charging ports. You also have private access to the famous St. Augustine Beach with a ramp for easy access. Enjoy the tropical courtyard Jacuzzi just steps from your door, 2 pools (one is heated during the cooler months), and tennis courts. In addition, the property has a housed in gate house with a 24 hour Community Service Officer.The property is also minutes from groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles from historic old town St. Augustine.
