Negative: We are customed that a suite are 2 rooms 1 bed room and 1 sitting/eating area. The employees are not friendly at all. It’s custom that when someone approaches you you say good morning, good evening or even good night before talking. They are sitting there like they don’t want to be there at all. It may be like that, but a customer/client shouldn’t notice that. When speaking to them they are not polite and answer RUDE. The other thing i didn’t like, I am visiting the United States and not colombia or Venezuela. If i Talk to you in English i expect to be spoken to in english as well, if you don’t speak the language you should go to a night school to learn to communicate! English is a world language and i shouldn’t have to find someone who can speak spanish so they can talk to the employee it’s not right. Other than that the breakfast was not good at all! For an american breakfast i expected at least for them to make omelettes. My kids and i don’t eat alot of things there wasn’t any hard boiled eggs, there were no ham, salami or cheese for that matter. Other thing when showering all the water keeps pouring outside of the showering area. So each day we had to clean all of the bathroom because the water keeps pouring outside.
Summary: The room was clean, the bed were very comfortable
