It's Mardi Gras all year long at this fabulous 5,200 sq. ft. themed home. New ownership for 2024 has brought with it a slew of upgrades and renovations which include new LVP flooring throughout, new beds/mattresses, a new HVAC, new window treatments, refreshed interior décor, and more. The richness of the decor is exceptional, the amenities are outstanding, and with two living areas and expansive furnished sundecks, you'll have all the space you'll need to read, play, nap, chat, or enjoy any other favorite vacation pastime.
The seven bedrooms are main bedrooms, with their own TV, ocean-view deck access, and offer plush bedding to catch a few winks after a day of fun. Two of the bedrooms can be found on the fourth level of the home. The game room/family room on the first level offers plenty of fun and convenience with a Ping-Pong table, a new pool table, and a kitchenette. The nine new smart TVs throughout your vacation home make it easy to wind down while watching your favorite streaming services.
The grand, top-floor living room is a great place to stretch out and relax. Lounge blissfully on the new sectional with the fireplace going in the background while the floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views and tons of sunlight. The ample dining room seating is perfect for those large family meals thanks to the new dining table. Cook memorable feasts in the well-equipped kitchen with an extended kitchen island, two microwaves, and several dishwashers (one of which is brand new). Lose yourself in the ocean views while enjoying good company on the freshly renovated pool deck sporting new furniture, or rock to the rhythm of the surround sound system and the stereo/CD players. Summary: The house is in a perfect area. A cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach is very close with very few people on it. It was an ideal winter vacation spot. The house needs some work. The stove was visibly dirty with caked on grease and food particles. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out on the floor where the kitchen and living room are located. There is a faulty dimmer switch in the kitchen where the lights consistently were dimming and then brightening. The cleaning agency has to be aware of this but the electrical issue has not been corrected. The house is over 5000 square feet with 7 bedrooms. The listing states that only 2 cars can park in the driveway. How can a 7 bedroom house only provide parking for 2 cars. I messaged the agency in regards to how many car could fit in the driveway. The agency promptly responded stating only 2 cars. So we had to consolidate our belongings and leave many comfort items behind. I was very upset upon arrival to see that 5 or 6 cars could easily fit in the driveway. The managing agency is less than a mile away. How could they possibly not know the size of the driveway. I would think that the owners of the property would view the listing for accuracy.
