Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location and spacious. Not loud at night even if located in Trastevere.
Negative: The “evening” custodian was very rude and condescending. We had trouble with the key to get into the “rooms”. Although I speak Italian, he was so arrogant and unhelpful. What made it worse, was that his tone changed immediately when speaking to my Italian friend. One of my least pleasant encounters in a hotel in Rome.
Summary: Fine but arrogant if a problem arises.
