The villa is built on a private plot of about 23,000 m², with a built house of 165 m² of interior, plus the exterior with pool and terraces in total about 4000 m2. The house has three double bedrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a very interesting modern decoration as you can see in the photos, the second bedroom is double with single beds and the third bedroom with a double bed. All the bedrooms have views of the natural landscape of Mallorca. You find two full bathrooms with shower, modern design and very comfortable.
The whole house has air conditioning, and in winter central heating (by hetaed bomb/ A.C.) + efficient and beautiful fireplace.
The center of the house is a large living room open to the kitchen, very spacious and with large windows that go from one side to the other, giving it transparency and a panoramic view to the outside wherever you look. You will enjoy the interior while being on the outside. All designer furniture in the dining room, Modern fireplace that will give you a feeling of home and comfort on the cooler winter nights.. In the living room you will have free Internet, satellite TV, stereo.
The kitchen is very open, practical and easy to use. Fully equipped with all kinds of ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher .
On the outside we have the large porch with a large table to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to this spectacular pool that has a very peculiar shape as if it were entering from the beach with very easy and practical access. From the pool you will have magnificent views of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramontana mountains. Even next to the pool there will be a barbecue to enjoy the afternoons outdoors.
* PAYMENT TASA TURISTICA BALEARES "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival, We will charge (Ecotasa ) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In "low season" the ecotax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
