Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel — everything exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent beds and a great water pressure in the shower — small things that really make a difference. The common areas are equally impressive: the lobby is cozy and stylish, and there’s also a dining area and a bar. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — it’s clear they care about guests’ comfort. What truly made the experience special was the owner. He’s a passionate skier and provided us with a detailed pre‑arrival guide to help us get ready for the trip. He went above and beyond: met us early in the morning from the bus, organises daily transfers to the ski resorts, explains how to get back, and even helped us arrange the shipment of our belongings back to Tokyo. His support was invaluable in helping us adapt to the new environment. Another nice touch is the weekly dinner options — we loved the homemade sushi and pizza nights!

Negative: The only minor point is that the breakfasts are a bit repetitive, but that’s easily manageable: there’s a Lawson nearby, so you can grab something extra and keep it in the fridge if you’re looking for more variety. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place — it’s perfect for ski lovers and anyone looking for a warm, supportive atmosphere!
