Positive: The location was great. Included water activity was fun.

Negative: There was a clear lack of communication among the staff. When we visited the water activity desk to go snorkeling, the staff member informed us that the session would last an hour, which was perfect for us. However, after collecting our gear and heading to the designated snorkeling area, the lifeguard informed us that the beach was closed. We were then directed to walk to the other side if we wanted to enter the water—a nearly 15-minute walk. This is the kind of information the water activity staff should have been aware of and communicated upfront. Another frustrating experience occurred during check-in. We drove up to the front entrance to unload our car, only to be told that unloading would happen after we checked in. As I proceeded to reception, I was asked to move the car and park it to the side. After completing check-in, I was then instructed to bring the car back to the front for unloading. Once the unloading was complete, I was told that valet service was available—I only needed to leave my keys. However, before I could do so, I was asked once again to move the car and park it on the side myself. Checkout was equally disorganized. When I handed my valet ticket to the front desk and requested my car, I expected it to be brought around. Instead, I was informed that I would be taken to the parking area by cart, where I would need to retrieve the car myself and drive it back to the lobby for loading. Overall, these miscommunications and inefficiencies made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.
