New to the rental market! These two homes are perfect for multiple families because they can be rented together to host your entire group while still giving each family their own space.
Welcome to the best neighborhood of San Diego- Crown Point! We are steps to Mission Bay, 19-mile boardwalk loop (hello bikers and runners!), have multiple outdoor patio spaces set up for the perfect hang out!
House #1:
3 Bedroom + Loft, 2.5 bath, AC, 3 outdoor living areas, steps to Mission Bay!
This house has a reverse floor plan, 3 quiet bedrooms downstairs and the main living spaces upstairs including our loft, roof deck and balconies. Bonus bedroom in the loft area off of the roof deck! The house has Split System HVAC in each room for personalized thermostat preferences. Our home comfortable sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on the couch.

Outdoor supplies: 5 bikes, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys all come with your unit so you can spend less time shopping/researching and more time at the beach!

This brand new house has a reverse floor plan, 3 quiet bedrooms downstairs and the main living spaces upstairs including a roof deck and two balconies. The house has Split System HVAC in each room for personalized thermostat preferences.

You will have access to the entire home for the duration of your reservation! Check in is 4 pm on your arrival day and check out is 10 am on your departure day. Check in/check out times are strictly enforced, early arrival and late check out may be available- please check with us prior to your arrival or departure!
We will provide arrival instructions on the Monday prior to your stay including access to our digital guidebook designed specifically for this home so you will know the ins and outs prior to your arrival!
A RING DOORBELL IS USED AT THE FRONT DOOR OF BOTH PROPERTIES.
Crown Point is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Diego. Sequoia is tucked away in the neighborhood while only being steps away from the Bay. Ski Beach/Park are across the street which is perfect for kids and families! Local eateries are only a half mile walk away!
There are plenty of ride share apps that will pick up and drop off directly at the front of this house. Our guidebook also comes with recommendations for bike rentals and local favorites!
This house has three levels so stairs are used to climb each level.
Pack n play provided. Pack n Play linens and bedding are not provided, please bring your own!

Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.
NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.
Damages: Renter will leave property in good order.
Damage Fee does not cover excessive cleaning; including but not limited to overflowing trash, carpet or upholstery steam cleaning, Linen Damage (Sheets, Blankets and Comforters damaged from, but not limited to, tearing, food, blood or other bodily fluids and will incur full replacement value charges) or damage due to pets, parties or excessive guests in the unit.
If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater.If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.
Check in / Check out:
Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee.
If available, early check-in/late check-out fee is $250.
Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.
