Summary: Positives: The property is convenient for everything. Staff were brilliant. Special shout out to Jihn. He is the sweetest guy and helpful. Cleaning ladies were excellent. We didn't use the pool so no opinion to give. Bed was decent. Shower was good. There are a good network of buses to airport and to other areas around the Hotel. Negatives - hopefully to be constructive. The property does not have rooms with a balcony so feels a bit claustrophobic. There are no cupboards but an open hanging frame which was not to my liking. The biggest annoyance was that there is nowhere to hang your wet towels or swimming gear. There is no balcony hence this was really difficult for us. There is nothing to keep your toiletries in the shower. The bottles of shampoo and body wash are very hard to dispense. They are stiff and dispense a drop at a time. Please provide these basics for your guests. The picture on the website showing a restaurant/breakfast area is deceptive. They don't provide any food/breakfast in the Hotel. This should be made clear on expedia. Saying all this, we had an amazing time in Cala Millor. Its one of the best place to chill out.
