Not counted as a bedroom, there is a bonus widow's watch on the top floor with 360 degree views of the point. Master bedroom spans the depth of the house at over 600 sq feet with spa like bath complete with giant walk in shower as well as outdoor private master shower. No detail forgotten, even an 2nd outdoor shower downstairs and ground level bathroom for beach goers who don't want to leave the beach. Private bayside dock for fishing and crabbing as well.
