Negative: The incorrect code was given to us. Even after calling we were given the wrong code again. The door locks upon closing it, and there is only one key, the door was broker and could not be kept unlocked, so we always had to leave the door open, which was problematic because the screen door doesn't completely shut. We were told we could have extended stay - late checkout, then that offer was withdrawn. We were told a dock was included in the stay, it was never mentioned that the dock was shared with 2 other houses, so it was confusing for people. There was so much grease in the grill that it caught fire while I was warming it up to temperature. There were small spiders and spider webs everywhere. As we entered the bathroom, as we turned down the bed in the bedroom, in the shower, in the entryway, etc etc. This cabin has some really nice qualities, and has not been improved as much as it should be for the price. The area was cute, the cabin was meh. The dock needs to be repaired. It was kind of a "lipstick on a pig" renovation- looks good for pictures but lacks quality workmanship and well-thought features.
